Tool 14 of The Child Care Toolkit for Emergency and Post Emergency Response (ACE Toolkit), is a standard form developed by UNHCR, which should be used by those involved in carrying out a comprehensive assessment of what is or will be in the child’s best interests . This form is part of the tools and guidance in the ACE Toolkit designed to facilitate the process of planning for and implementing interim care and related services for children separated from or unable to live with their families during an emergency.
