This Case Study is about the children and young people in New Zealand who saw the need to promote greater awareness of children's rights and the UNCRC, and have made known the issues that matter to their growth and development. The 'Hear our voices we entreat' programme provides children with a safe platform for their voices to be heard as part of the CRC reporting process, and also seeks to monitor how well the New Zealand government is working to protect the rights of children.
