Child-friendly version in Spanish of the UN Guidelines on Justice in Matters Involving Child Victims and Witnesses of Crime. Produced by UNODC, UNICEF, the Innocenti Research Centre and the International Bureau for Children's Rights (IBCR), it is meant as guidance for children and child professionals. These guidelines were created to help make sure that children who have been harmed by crime and children who have seen others harmed are protected and treated fairly when they say what happened to them in a court of law. A kid-friendly dictionary of some relevant terms has been incorporated at the end of this publication
