'Fund the Future' argues that the Fast Track Initiative, which was recently renamed the Global Partnership for Education, should adopt these ten key principles and secure commitments from its various members to them. In doing so this would play a central role in transforming aid to education.
The report was produced by the Global Campaign for Education in the lead up to Global Partnership for Education replenishment in November 2011 but sets out an agenda for reform beyond that particular moment.
