A guide on the rights of war-affected children that can be used for learning, monitoring and promoting the understanding of special needs of children affected by armed conflict. The guide, published by the Montreal-based international NGO International Bureau for Children's Rights (IBCR), includes materials on the latest conceptual developments in international human rights and humanitarian law, children and international tribunals/courts, international standards pertaining to children and war, refugee and internally displaced children, the physical and psychological state of war-affected children and issues of post-war rehabilitation.
