The 10 tips are:
Encourage collective activities at home;
Seek professional help for any change seen in the behavior of the child;
Turn off TV so that children do not watch violent news;
Listen to children with attention;
Comfort children by ensuring you will be there for them;
Allocate more time for your children;
Ensure your child returns to routine life;
Expect what is unexpected: different children react differently;
Watch your own behavior and how it affects children; and,
