Support services such as telephone help lines and e-mail counseling for parents and child caregivers are an important contribution to Save the Children Sweden's (SCS) parent support work. SCS believes it is important to help facilitate positive communication among parents sharing a common need for support in an atmosphere of empathy and respect.
