This presentation, prepared by PTA-Africa, is part of the preparations for and follow up to the Expert Consultation on Strengthening National Child Protection Systems (NCPS) held in Nairobi, 28th-30th September, in collaboration with key national and regional stakeholders across Sub-saharan countries actively engaged in systems-strengthening efforts to better protect children against abuse, neglect, violence and exploitation. The document relates to the protection systems mapping, assessment and analysis exercises carried out in Senegal, and outlines steps to promote the establishment of an integrated child protection system.
