Arabic version of the Universal Periodic Review Toolkit - A guide for country programs. The Universal Periodic Review (UPR) is a new mechanism under which the Human Rights Council will examine the human rights situation in every Member State of the UN. It offers real opportunities for children's rights organisations seeking to raise the political profile of children and the non-implementation of children's rights obligations by governments in a global setting. This toolkit shows how Save the Children and other children's rights organisations in a few steps can influence government policy and practice, and move children further up the political agenda.
