Save the Children’s Resource Centre is an online portal managed by Save the Children Sweden that hosts comprehensive, reliable and up-to-date information on child protection and child rights, which are important areas of Save the Children's work globally.
Awareness of children’s right to protection against all forms of violence in all settings has rapidly grown on the international agenda, and there is a greater need for finding and sharing quality information around these issues. Access to reliable information is essential to prevent and measure the extent of violence against children. It is also necessary to improve capacity building in children’s rights and child protection, and to share good practices and innovative methods. Save the Children seeks to strengthen child protection and child rights governance in all its work for and with children and moving the child rights agenda forward is a way to promote lasting and sustainable change for children.
